Careers at Closing Force

We don't hire to fill seats. We hire to build a team that produces.

Why Closing Force

Most people have never considered door-to-door sales. The ones who try it and stick around tend to have one thing in common: they like the fact that their paycheck reflects their effort, not someone else's opinion of them.

We're not going to sugarcoat it — this is a demanding job. You'll travel, you'll knock doors in the heat and the cold, and you'll hear "no" a lot more than "yes." But if you can push through the learning curve, the money is real and the path forward is clear.

Here's what you get with us that you won't always find elsewhere in this industry:

  • You'll know what you're selling before you knock your first door. We don't throw people into the field unprepared.
  • Compensation is transparent. No hidden charge-backs, no confusing comp plans. You sell, you get paid.
  • Travel is part of the role — we cover markets across the country. If you're the type who gets restless sitting in the same city, this is a good fit.
  • There's room to move up. We promote from within and the leadership path is real — not a carrot we dangle to keep people around.

What to Expect

Training

New hires go through product training, compliance training, and field training before they're on their own. You won't be guessing.

Travel

This is a travel role. You'll work in different markets throughout the year. Lodging logistics are handled — you focus on selling.

Day-to-Day

You'll work neighborhoods on behalf of our ISP partners, talking to homeowners about their internet options. Some days are great. Some are a grind. That's the job.

Culture

We're competitive but not toxic. People on this team push each other because they want to — not because someone's breathing down their neck.

We're currently hiring for the following role. Check back — we post new positions as they open up.

Travel Door-to-Door Sales Representative

Actively Hiring
Commission-Based Travel Required Full-Time

We're looking for motivated people who want to earn based on what they produce — not what someone decides to pay them per hour.

The Role

You'll travel to markets across the country and go door-to-door on behalf of major ISPs, helping homeowners find the best internet service available at their address. This is a face-to-face sales position. If you're not comfortable talking to strangers, this isn't the job. If you are — keep reading.

Top Performers $3,000 – $4,000+/week

100% commission-based. Your effort determines your income.

What We're Looking For

  • Self-motivated — nobody's going to hold your hand out there
  • Comfortable with travel and working in new cities regularly
  • Coachable — willing to learn the process even if you have prior sales experience
  • Reliable — if you say you're going to be somewhere, be there
  • 18+ with a valid ID and reliable transportation

What You Don't Need

  • A degree
  • Previous sales experience (it helps, but we train from scratch)
  • A perfect resume — we care about who you are now, not where you've been

Real talk: This job isn't for everyone. But the people who are built for it tend to figure that out fast — and they tend to stay because the money is worth the work.
